Website Confidence Assessment

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers to the practical questions people often have before they view the full report.

What do I get when I pay?
You receive a clear, plain-English report that explains how your website comes across to a first-time visitor, plus a prioritised improvement plan — what to focus on first, and what can wait.
Is the report tailored to my website?
Yes. Your report is based on your website and the context you provided during the assessment.
Do I need to give you access to my website, analytics, or accounts?
No. You don’t need to install anything or share logins. The assessment is designed to work without technical access.
How long does the assessment take?
The initial assessment takes only a few minutes. It’s designed to be simple and straightforward.
Is this an SEO audit or a website redesign service?
No. This isn’t an SEO audit or a redesign service. It focuses on reassurance, clarity, and ease — the things that often influence whether a visitor decides to enquire.
I’m not technical. Is this written for someone like me?
Yes. It’s written for business owners. You won’t be asked to interpret jargon or technical metrics.
What if my website was built by a friend or a small web company?
That’s very common. The report is designed so you can share it with whoever manages your website. It gives clear priorities and explanations, not blame.
Will it tell me exactly what to change?
It will give you clear improvement priorities and explain why they matter. The goal is to remove guesswork and help you make sensible changes in the right order.
What if I’m planning to run ads or increase marketing spend?
The report includes guidance on whether it makes sense to increase traffic now, or whether improving the website first is likely to help you get more from that spend.
What types of businesses is this best for?
It’s best for small businesses that already have a website and want it to bring in more enquiries — without rebuilding the whole thing.
My website is small. Is it still worth doing?
Often, yes. Small websites can benefit quickly from clarity and reassurance improvements, because visitors tend to make faster decisions.
Will this guarantee more enquiries?
No one can guarantee that. What this provides is clarity and priorities — so any changes you make are more likely to help, and you avoid spending time or money guessing.
Can I read about what the Full Report includes?
When do I see the price for the full report?
Pricing is shown after you submit an assessment, before you pay. If we can only provide a limited assessment, there’s no charge.
What happens after I pay?
Once payment is confirmed by Stripe, the full report becomes available for that assessment. You’ll also receive a copy by email, with a PDF attachment.
